Shipping and Returns
Each pair of glasses is made up for your individual prescription. Once we have reviewed your prescription and have all the details we need, your order will be processed.
Prescription orders can take 5-10 business days, and non-prescriptions orders can take 2-5 business days. Once your glasses have been shipped or are ready for pick up, you will receive a confirmation email.
Please contact us ahead of time to let us know if you would like to organise for a collection.
We are happy to accept returns for purchases made online within 30 days of receiving your order. If the return is in its original packaging, unopen and unused, we will provide a full refund. All you need to do is drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will work out the best options for a return for you.
If you have any issues with the frames, lenses or any other products, please send us an email and we will endeavor to resolve your issue. Standard manufacturing warranties for product faults apply to all products.
